Ursynów’s Ultimate Local Haunt: Why Kill Bill Resto Bar Just Hits the Spot

My dad actually tipped me off about Kill Bill Resto Bar, and it’s fair to say I’ve developed a real soft spot for it since. What I love most is the sheer vibe of the place—it’s cozy, laid-back, and completely unpretentious. The food is spot on, and they even pour a proper pint of Guinness straight from a classic, lyre-shaped tap. It’s also the kind of welcoming spot where you can easily pop in on your own for a pint or a bite and feel right at home. On top of that, it’s incredibly reasonable, with daily food promos and great Happy Hour deals.

You can find the venue tucked away inside a commercial arcade at 95 Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue (Unit UH25), literally a stone’s throw from the Stokłosy metro station exit.

I’m a big fan of the decor. The mix of exposed brickwork, wooden floors, and rustic furniture instantly reminds me of those atmospheric, characterful spots you find hidden down the alleys of Kraków. The industrial edge is softened by comfy sofas and plush cushions, and there’s a lovely, quirky touch in the window—figures of Pat and Mat from the cult animated show The Neighbors holding hands. Of course, what truly defines the place are the film stills from Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill . I love that movie and its visual style, so it’s no surprise I feel so at home here.

Food-wise, Kill Bill has never let me down. The menu leans towards international mains and pub-style appetizers. Their pizzas are excellent; one of my personal favorites is the pizza góralska (a brilliant Polish highlander-style pizza topped with local smoked cheese), which I highly recommend. I’ve also heard on the grapevine that their burgers are well worth a try. They shake things up with seasonal menus too—right now, it’s chanterelle mushroom season, and the dishes I tried were delicious.

Kill Bill  has firmly become one of our go-to spots in Ursynów, whether we’re heading out for a proper family meal or just dropping by for a quick bite. It gets absolutely packed on weekends and evenings, but don’t let that put you off; the staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, and will always do their absolute best to squeeze you in.

If I had to find one downside, the music and general chatter can get a bit loud at peak times. Because of that, I prefer heading over during the quieter, off-peak hours when it’s much more peaceful. Plus, it’s even lighter on the wallet then, thanks to their afternoon discounts.
